Citrus Infused Vinegar for cleaning

I love white vinegar, in fact I have written before my 15 top uses for white vinegar.  Now I do not mind the smell, but Mini hates it.  He tells me that the house smells of a fish shop!  So I started to add any citrus peel we had to my vinegar last year and it really works.


It doesn't take away the vinegar smell, but it does mask it slightly.  Do you have any great cleaning tips or domestic goddess moments?  Why not share them with @tots100 and Mr Muscle for the chance to win.

    I keep meaning to try this as adding citrus peels to vinegar is meant to add to it's cleaning power!

Dumping the tumble dryer and Ecoforce giveaway

We have a tumble dryer, but it broke before christmas and we  couldn't afford to get it repaired, so I have been managing with an old fashioned wooden clothes rail and hanging bedding over the doors to dry, This last would of weeks however, I have been hanging the washing outside and it has been drying much quicker and with less creases, so I am going to take the plunge and instead of getting the dryer replaced I am going to give it away.
