Meal Plan Monday - The weekend away edition

We are off for a long weekend away on Friday this week. So meals at home will be with leftovers and from store cupboard.

Monday

Leftover roast beef, yorkshire puddings and bubble and squeak

Tuesday

Beef (using up the last of the roast beef) with black bean and noodles

Wednesday

Jacket potatoes and various toppings

Thursday

Chicken pie (from freezer), chips and beans

Friday - at Center Parcs

Bolognese (cooked at home and taken with us)

Saturday

Sandwiches and soup for lunch
Pizza

Sunday

Indian meal - booked!

Dumping the tumble dryer and Ecoforce giveaway

We have a tumble dryer, but it broke before christmas and we couldn't afford to get it repaired, so I have been managing with an old fashioned wooden clothes rail and hanging bedding over the doors to dry, This last would of weeks however, I have been hanging the washing outside and it has been drying much quicker and with less creases, so I am going to take the plunge and instead of getting the dryer replaced I am going to give it away.
