Meal Planning Monday 02/02

Well we made it through January without going into debt, which was fab and we also cleared down the freezer a bit too which was ace.  Both my boys have school lunches, so I only share dinners at the weekend.

Monday

Sausages, Yorkshire puddings and Bubble and Squeak


Tuesday

Chicken Soupy Stew with Crispy dumplings

Wednesday

Spaghetti Bolognese

Thursday

Lasagne

Friday

Homemade Pizza

Saturday

Lunch - Leftover Pizza
Dinner - Chicken Fajita

Sunday

Lunch - Chicken and rice (leftover fajita)
Dinner - Sunday roast (whatever meat is cheapest)!

Dumping the tumble dryer and Ecoforce giveaway

We have a tumble dryer, but it broke before christmas and we  couldn't afford to get it repaired, so I have been managing with an old fashioned wooden clothes rail and hanging bedding over the doors to dry, This last would of weeks however, I have been hanging the washing outside and it has been drying much quicker and with less creases, so I am going to take the plunge and instead of getting the dryer replaced I am going to give it away.
